Description: Thallus pusillus, flaccidus, 7-10 mm altus, 120 µm latus, radialiter constrnctus, monopodicus, e surculi decumbente axibus primariis compositis ramis elongatis erectiusculis ecorticatis polysiphoniis -- cellulis perieentralibus 4-5 -- ramellis monosiphoniis simplicibus ramosisve spiraliter alternanfibus a geniculo egredientibus, articulis ramellorum diametro sesquilongioribus. Tetrasporangiis (mense Aprili) triangule divisis intercalare in spira evolntis in parte superiori frondis, non in sfichidiis propriis a Murrayella conspicue diversa est, reliquiis characteribus omnibus convenit. Cystocarpia et antheridia ignota.
