Description: Cells spherical, wall-less, in small groups arranged ingelatinous cylindrical, branched or reticulate colonies. Cell has one or 2-4 parietal chloroplasts. Vegetative reproduction by division in three directions; aplanospores and stomatocysts observed in one species.
