Description: Valves elliptic to linear-elliptic with broadly rounded apices. Raphe straight, external central endings distant, apical endings terminate at a certain distance from the apices, axial area connected to central area, broad, elliptic. Transapical striae barely discernible in LM, limited only to the marginal part of the valve. Areolae in EM covered with rotae.
