Type locality: near Columbia River, Oregon, U.S.A. (Miocene) (Usoltseva & Houk 2016: 47). Lectotype: brackish deposits. BHU (Case 24 Book 9A of the Ehrenberg Collection) first mica, orange circle in the strip 240909 (Usoltseva & Houk 2016: 47). Notes: Replaces invalid typification by Tuji, 2009: 15 (Usoltseva & Houk, 2016: 47).
This is a fossil species seemingly without extant populations.
