Type locality: Mèze, Hérault, France (Silva, Basson & Moe 1996: 511). Lectotype: PC MA 4256 (Furnari, Cormaci & Serio 2001: 345). Notes: Lectotype: MA 4256, right-hand specimen (designated by Boisset et al. 2000: 390, fig 1). Isolectotype: other specimen on sheet numbered MA 4257.
