Millar & Hardin; 20 June 1996; LTB; 20485 (Harvey, Woelkerling & Millar 2009: 280, 283) Notes: Holotype is now in MEL as MEL-2358141 (Harvey et al. 2013: 115). THe type is illustrated by Harvey et al. (2009: figs 54-63).
