Lectotype locality: Off Korsör, Denmark (Dixon & Irvine 1977: 101). Lectotype: original illustration (Magnus, 1875, pl. 2, fig. 8), in the absence of material: (Dixon & Irvine 1977: 101). Notes: Denmark: Korsor near Haddockbank, North Sea (INA).
