Type locality: Early Pleistocene sediments from Daugavpilsky region of Latvia, borehole no. 570 (Zhidini); (Flower & al. 1998: 54) Type: depth 134 m; Inst of Geochemistry and Geophysics, Minsk, Belarus; slide no. 202A (Flower & al. 1998: 54, figs 33, 34) Notes: According to Flower et al. (1998: 54), Khursevich (1990) provides SEM photographs of specimens from the type material.
