Type locality: Western Australia; (Silva & al. 1996: 440) Lectotype: Preiss; on Haliptilon; HBG; (Womersley 1998: 483) Notes: Womersley (1998: 483) notes that the lectotype is the plant second from left on type sheet and that there is an isolectotype in MEL, 1005969.
