Type locality: Canoe Island, San Juan County, Wahington, USA (Kang et al. 2017: 528). Notes: Isosyntypes: UC279580, female and tetrasporic, coll H. Kylin, 24 June 1924 (Kang et al., 2017, citing Hommersand & Fredericq, 1997).
