Syntype localities: various in Indonesia (Silva, Basson & Moe 1996: 790). Holotype: Reinbold s.n.; M (Leliaert & Coppejans 2004: 202). Notes: According to Leliaert & Coppejans (2004: 202), Lucipara Island, Indonesia is the type locality.
