Syntype localities: "Echantillons n° 6, 22, 23, 31 et 34. Trois des stations sont nettement saumàtres et même franchement salées, ce sont: El Arfiane, Temacin el Ouargla; deux autres au contraire sont nettement douces et même peu minéralisées: Agehnan Ararane et Ilaman."; (Amossé 1941: 296)
