Krüger; Epiphytic, sap from wounded Populus alba; Culture Collection of Algae and Protozoa, Oban, Scotland; (Darienko et al. 2010: 92, 81 (table1)) Notes: "Type: Isotype culture: Indiana Algal Culture Coll. no. 27, Cambridge Coll. no. 211/9, isolated by Krüger (fide Shihira & Krauss, Chlorella: 27. 1965)" [INA].
