Type locality: Yoichi, Shiribeshi Province, Yezo [Hokkaido], Japan. (Woelkerling et al. 2005: 59). Holotype: Miyabe?; TRH A6-317 (Miyabe No. 6) (Woelkerling et al. 2005: 59).
