Type Information
Type locality: Norway; (Gunnerus 1776: 1091) Holotype: TRH; (Jørgensen 2012: 1091) Notes: "Gunnerus did not refer to any specific collection, but only had a general comment that the species is common in Nordland and Finnmark. There is, however, a reference to one illustration, tab. III in his own Flora The drawing is not particularly good with the divided upper parts turned into a wrong position, just as in the only specimen in his herbarium (61.1) which is without any data. It is obviously the one used for the illustration and accordingly the holotype." (Jørgensen 2012: 1091).
