Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Symphyocladiella brevicaulis (Savoie & G.W.Saunders) D.Bustamante, B.Y.Won, S.C.Lindstrom & T.O.Cho.

Type locality: "Pachena Bay (48.7715, –125.1578), Bamfield, British Columbia, Canada."; (Savoie & Saunders 2016: 929) Holotype: B. Clarkston, D. McDevit, K. Roy and H.
