Type locality: Fowey, Cornwall, England; (Womersley 1987: 270) Type: P. Rashleigh; LINN; (Womersley 1987: 270) Notes: The collector, Philip Rashleigh (1729-1811), lived at Menabilly, near Fowey in Cornwall, where he was Member for Parliament for many years.

Origin of Species Name
