Description
Frond upright, light red with green, soft, stick-slip, with middle-calcareous. High 5 ~ 20cm, main branch diameter of 1 ~ 2mm, irregular 2 ~ 3 Back to feather branches, branchlets alternate rare or irregular, as well as papillary branchlet diameter of 0.5 ~ 0.8 mm the main characteristics of this species. The internal structure of algae: myeloid vertical cylindrical wire, both ends of a smaller diameter of 17 ~ 84?m, up to 150?m, length 210 ~ 700?m. Assimilation at both ends of silk filament from the marrow produce long 240 ~ 422?m, the lower forked or whorled branching, basal cell subsets or cylindrical rod, the diameter of 13 ~ 25?m, length 40 ~ 78?m; the upper 2 to 3 back to fork-like branching cells cylindrical, oval or the end for the oval or bottle-shaped, the diameter of 7 ~ 24?m, length 14 ~ 48?m. Become a short of silk, silk-like root protruding from the base of the cell diameter of 7 ~ 12?m. Genital development: male and female allograft. Sperm sac oval, some with handles, by the end of assimilation wire cells, showing intracellular corymbosa fruit-shaped lateral branches, the top Health or Health, and some also with stem cells. Its next-bit cells can be renewable fruit cell Chi (fruit cell Chi a branch) or assimilation of silk, silk-like root cells produce fruit sticks. It consists of four cells, a very small number from 3 to 6 cells, the diameter of 12 ~ 25?m, length 32 ~ 66?m. Fruit cell horizontal split after fertilization for the upper and lower sub-cell 2, and then have a horizontal crack and longitudinal crack-like branching wire conidiation. Mature spore can generate a small amount of silk yarn assimilation. Sporangium oval-shaped fruit, the diameter of 10 ~ 12?m, length 10 ~ 15?m. Fruit a capsule surrounded by wire. Generally less wire surrounded by a long oval-shaped cells, non-sag wire-like roots.
