Gunn; TCD; (Harvey 1847: 19) Notes: A specimen in BM labelled "n. sp.", from "V. D. Land" may be the holotype but is not labelled "mouth of the Tamar" (Womersley, 2003).

Adjective (Latin), margined (Stearn 1973).
