Abstract:
Remarks on the vegetation of stoneworts (Charales) in waters of Märkische Schweiz in Brandenburg near Berlin are given. These endagered green macroalgae are good indicators of water quality. Furthemore, the characeen associations in the lakes and their correlation with other water plants are recorded and discussed.
