New name for Chloropelta caespitosa Tanner, q.v. Chloropelta and Ulva are not distinguishable generically (Heyden et al. 2003) and Ulva caespitosa is already occupied (the basionym for Catenella caespitosa, q.v.).
This is a marine species.
