Type locality: "Little Morris Run, Reynolds Springs Natural Area, Tioga State Forest, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, USA" (Potapova 2012: 33). Holotype: M. Potapova; 13 August 2009; ANSP circled specimen GC58965 (illustrated in Figs 25–26). (Potapova 2012: 33).
