Type locality: Beaufort Sea in the Arctic Ocean (70°30'N, 135°30'W); (Yau et al. 2019: 40) Holotype: MALINA cruise leg 1b; 14 July 2009; surface water; O-A10010 (plastic embedded specimen) (Yau et al. 2019: 40, fig. 4) Notes: Culture deposited in The Roscoff Culture Collection as RCC2288.
