Notes: "Reference strain: The reference strain Symphyonema bifilamentata sp. nov. 97.28 is available at the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures GmbH (DSMZ) Braunschweig, Germany (DSM 112338). Access is also given via the Culture Collection of Algae and Protozoa (CCAP), Scotland (1427/4) since 2004."
