Type locality: Andøen [now Andøya] i [= in] Vesteraalen [now Vesterålen], mellem [=between] Søndre [= Southern] Mela og [= and] Bø, Norway (Woelkerling & al. 2005: 528). Holotype: Norman; no date; no habitat data on type. TRH C28-3843 (Woelkerling & al. 2005: 528).
