Holotype locality: Kommetjie, Cape Peninsula, South Africa (Griffin, Bolton & Anderson 1999: 507). Holotype: N.J.Griffin; 16 May 1995; epiphytic on Aeodis orbitosa. BOL (Griffin, Bolton & Anderson 1999: 507). Notes: Isotypes: NJG-190, NJG-191 (BOL).
