Drilosiphon julianus Kützing 1847
Scytonema julianum Meneghini is a pre-starting-point invalid name that does not seem to have been validated by any of the earlier authors (Hansgirg, De Toni, etc.) who treated it within or as a synonym of S. hofmannii. As Whitton provided a description, we have treated it as being validated by him. - (7 May 2014) - M.D. Guiry
