Type locality: Cresswell (Hendey 1964: 211). Lectotype: Donkin; BM 1522 (Greville collection) (Sabbe, Vyverman & Muylaert 1999: 9 (table 1)). Notes: Lectotype: Creswell, Northumberland, UK (Sabbe et al. 1999). Gteat Britain (various localities); California guano (INA).
