Type locality: Tonga ("Friendly Islands") (Silva, Basson & Moe 1996: 543). Type: W.H. Harvey; L Notes: Holotype: L 4083619 (Díaz-Tapia et al., 2017). Isotype: TCD (Kim & Lee, 1999: 280).
