Type locality: Buitenzorg [Bogor], Java, Indonesia; (Karsten 1891: 16) Notes: A type specimen was not designated by the author. Figure 1 of plate III in Karsten (1891) is suggested as possible lectotype (Rindi, pers. comm.).
