General Environment
This is a marine species.
Description
Cells wide-fusiform in shape, photosynthetic with brown chloroplasts, 35-41 µm long, 25-30 µm wide. Epitheca semielliptical with an apical pore. Cingulum strong left-handed spiral. Plate formula: Po, 3', 1a, 6', 5c, 4s, 5"', 1"". Hypotheca semielliptical with one antapical plate.
