Holotype locality: Cattle Point, San Juan Island, Washington, USA (Sutherland et al. 2011: 1142). Holotype: V. Krishnamurthy; 26 May 1968; WTU 255127 (Sutherland et al. 2011: 1142). Notes: Isotype: WTU. Krishnamurthy 11-00154 (INA).
