Millar; 31 January 1982; At 10-15 m depths growing on Dictyota divaricata Lamouroux, Codium extricatum Silva, Amansia sp. and limestone substrata; MELU; K10, 470 (Wynne, Millar & Kraft 1984: 274) Notes: Holotype: spermatangial plant. Isotypes: tetrasporic and cystocarpic.
