Abstract:
The ultrastructure of 37 faxa belonging to the genus Trachelomonas Ehr. (Euglenophyta) from the Colombian Amaronia have been studied by scanning electron microscopy. On the basis of these observations we propose one new species T. duquei and two new forma T. armata var. gordeievii fo. minor and T. armata var. nana fo. spinosa n. fo.
