Taxonomic notes
Dinophyceae. The species closest to B. bravensis, both phylogenetically and morphologically , are Gymnodinium dorsalisulcum, Lepidodinium viride and L. chlorophorum (Sampedro et al. 2011: 386). - (23 May 2011) - Wendy Guiry
