Type locality: Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan (42°18.83"N, 140°58.67'E); (Yamamoto et al. 2020: 316) Holotype: 17 May 2018; intestinal lumen of polychaete Nicomache personata, found among roots of Phyllospadix iwatensis, at low tide; SAP; 115,486 (trophonts on SEM stubs) (Yamamoto et al. 2020: 316, fig 20) Notes: GenBank LC529368.
