Type locality: "San Juan ISland, Washington, USA"; (Graf & al. 2020: [3]) Holotype: Collected and Isolate by Richard Norris; NY; 04244501 (Graf & al. 2020: [3]) Notes: "Authentic culture: CCMP1308." and cells from culture strain CCMP 1308 were preserved and mounted on a microscope slide that was deposited in the New York Botanical Garden herbarium (NY), NewYork City, NY USA as No. 04244501."
