Type locality: Port Jackson, New South Wales (Womersley 1998: 485). Holotype: Harvey; Herb. Agardh, LD 43630 (Womersley 1998: 485). Notes: Womersley (1998: 485) notes that the type specimen was collected by Harvey (Alg. Aust Exsicc. 211L, as Dasya subsecunda Suhr?).
