Crossland; date not indicated but material forms part of the St George Expedition of 1923-1924; PC unnumbered, General Herbarium box collection (non-fossil; filed in non-geniculate coralline type collections cabinet under basionym) (Woelkerling 1998: 309).

Adjective (Latin), divaricate, spreading at a wide angle (Stearn 1973).
