Type locality: "Fontaines pures a Fougères" [Brittany, France]; (Sheath et al. 1994: 109) Holotype (Compère 1991: 23): Bory de St. Vincent; PC; 0591734 Herb. Thuret (Compère 1991: 23) Notes: France: river Coesne, near Fougères, Bretagne (INA). "Type: PC0591734, Bory de St. Vincent, no collection date (Lectotype)." (Vis & Necchi 2021: 32), but Compère (1991: 23) mentioned a "holotype".
