Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Licmophora flabellata (Greville) C.Agardh.
Type locality: "HAB. On Zostera marina, and several small Algae, in spring. Appin, Captain Carmichael." [Scotland]; (Greville 1827: pl. 289)
