Habitat
Endophytic. Hosts include Liagora orientalis and Helminthocladia australis (Lee et al. 1986: 172). On Liagora tanakae (Lee et al. 1986: 175 citing Abbott (1966).

Type locality: Daibanratu, Formosa [Taiwan] (Silva 1996-to date: 172). Lectotype: Yamada; March 1924; on Liagora orientalis. SAP 20646 (Silva 1996-to date: 171, 172). Notes: Yamada (1944:17): Daibanratu and Ryukyusyo, Formosa. Lectotype fide Y.P. See. T. Yoshida & M. Kurogi (INA).
