Lectotype locality: Uradomi, Tottori Prefecture (Shimada, Horiguchi & Masuda 2000: 16). Lectotype: August 1923; SAP (Okamura herb.) (Shimada, Horiguchi & Masuda 2000: 16, fig. 14). Notes: Syntype localities: Kashiwadima (Kashiwa jima), Tosa Province; Hatydyodima (Hachijo jima), Japan (Santelices 1999: 73).
