Holotype locality: "Botany Beach", Port Renfrew, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada (Adey & al. 2015: 198). Holotype: K. Yendo; vii.1901; "paa [= on] Cheilosporum frondescens, on a shell of Mya, between tide marks". TRH B17-2590 (Adey & al. 2015: 198).
