Type Species
The type species (holotype) of the genus Hemineura is Hemineura frondosa (Hooker f. & Harvey) Harvey.
Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Austrofolium howellii (W.R.Taylor) M.J.Wynne.
