Type locality: Kozu-shima, Izu-shoto, Japan; Holotype: SAP; 061738 (Yoshida 1998: 851) Notes: Type locality: Kodsushima, Tokyo Prefecture, Japan; collected by S. Segawa, May 1937 (Suzuki et al. 2012).
