Notes: Lectotype: selected by Simonsen (1987: 348, pl. 531, figs 10-14): slide 241/49. Second step lectotype: designated by Cocquyt et al. (2012: 129), slide 241/49 finder 293.7 (represented by Simonsen 1987, pl. 531, fig. 13).
