Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Elachistiella endarachnae (H.Stegenga, J.J.Bolton, & R.J.Anderson) V.Cassano, Y.Yoneshigue-Valentin, & M.J.Wynne.

This is a marine species.
Differing from all other species in the genus by the possession of multiseriate plurilocular reproductive structures.
