Cell length 17.9-19.4 µm, width 11.9-13.4 µm, breadth of isthmus 5.2-9 µm. This is a small Euastrum , with cells approximately 1.4-1.5 times longer than they are broad, slightly constricted in the middle, with sinus closed linearly. Semicells are truncate/pyramidal, apex is truncate, apical margin is scarecly retuse, apical angles are acutely rounded, and basal margins are rounded. Semicells have a subapical scrobiculation. In side view, semicells are elliptical, and the pole is rounded with a subapical scrobiculation on each lateral margin.
