Type locality: Near the village of Neerpelt (51º13'N, 5º25'E) (Lokhorst, Star & Zuccarello 2004: 236). Holotype: Inundated grassland. Leiden L0367525 (Lokhorst, Star & Zuccarello 2004: 236, 237).
